Refund and Returns Policy
Please carefully review your cart before completing your order as once it has been placed, it cannot be canceled or altered.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. The only exception is if you believe you have received a damaged or defective product. If you believe this to be the case, email [email protected] within 7 days or receiving your purchase with the following information: Full name, order #, description of product defect(s) (if defect is visible please include photo for speedier processing).
We will assist you with a return label to send defective product back. The product must be sent back within 7 days of the return label being issued. We will issue a replacement or store credit upon receipt and inspection of defective product. If defective product is not returned within this timeframe or the returned product is not deemed eligible, no replacement or credit will be issued.
