Processing and Delivery

Please allow 2-3 business days for normal processing times and an additional 3-5 business days during high-volume periods (i.e. new collection release). Please note that business days are Monday-Friday.

Standard shipping typically takes an additional 5-7 business days. Please note that any shipping carrier delays once we ship orders are out of our control.

Customers will receive tracking information via email once their orders are shipped out.  If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/lost claims.

PLEASE NOTE: Signature is required for delivery. If you miss the delivery attempt please be sure to leave the signed form with your mail carrier to ensure you are able to receive it. If further attempts are made and you do not provide a signature, the package will be returned to us and your order will be refunded. ANY EXPEDITED SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE FORFEITED IF PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO LACK OF CUSTOMER SIGNATURE.

Return Policy

Please carefully review your cart before completing your order as once it has been placed, it cannot be canceled or altered.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. The only exception is if you believe you have received a damaged or defective product. If you believe this to be the case, email [email protected] within 7 days or receiving your purchase with the following information: Full name, order #, description of product defect(s) (if defect is visible please include photo for speedier processing).

We will assist you with a return label to send defective product back. The product must be sent back within 7 days of the return label being issued. We will issue a replacement or store credit upon receipt and inspection of defective product. If defective product is not returned within this timeframe or the returned product is not deemed eligible, no replacement or credit will be issued.
